Yes! Every piece in our collection is handmade by skilled artisans in the villages of Northeast Thailand's Isan region. No two pieces are exactly alike — slight variations in bead color and placement are a natural part of the handcrafting process.

Are your products truly one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in bead color, size, and placement are natural and expected. This is what makes each piece uniquely yours.

What materials are used?
Our bracelets and anklets are made from natural coconut shell disc beads, stone beads, carved wood, and traditional Thai charms. Our bags are crafted from natural rattan, bamboo, and woven textiles with leather or fabric accents.

Who makes your products?
Our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans — including Duangjai and her fellow craftspeople — in the Isan region of Northeast Thailand. By purchasing from Wang Hin Handcrafted, you're directly supporting rural artisan communities and preserving traditional Thai craft traditions.

What does the sea turtle symbolize?
In Thai culture, the sea turtle represents wisdom, longevity, protection, and safe travels — making our turtle pieces a meaningful gift for yourself or someone you love.

Do you have retail store locations?
No, Wang Hin Handcrafted is an online-only store. You can shop our full collection at wanghinhandcrafted.com, with free shipping on all orders.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

🛒 Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?
Some of our products are available for pre-order, meaning you can reserve your piece before it ships. Pre-order items ship on or before the date listed on the product page.

When will my pre-order ship?
Current pre-orders are scheduled to ship on or before July 1st, 2026. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. We offer a full replacement or refund. Please note that we do not accept change-of-mind returns due to the handcrafted and pre-order nature of our products.

How do I start a return?
Email us at sales@wanghinhandcrafted.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take care of you right away.
