Refund policy

We want you to love every piece from Wang Hin Handcrafted. Because our items are handcrafted and made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a return, email us at sales@wanghinhandcrafted.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 1–2 business days and make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each piece is made by hand specifically for you. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to help you find the perfect piece.
