We ship free on every order — no minimums, no exceptions.

All Wang Hin Handcrafted orders ship from the United States and arrive within 3–7 business days via standard domestic shipping.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

Pre-Orders Some items in our collection are available for pre-order. Pre-order items ship on or before the date listed on the product page. You will not be charged until your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at sales@wanghinhandcrafted.com with a photo of the item and we'll make it right.
